Well, I can't figure it out.
I used a calculator over at Tasty Brew that based on the ingredients and O.G. of my last batch suggests I'm getting somewhere between 120%-140% efficiency in my brew.
That's impossible so something else is afoot.
I suppose I'll see how it comes out.
well i think 130% efficiency is pretty normal on mercury. soooo. i just tryed kegging for the first time. i'm drinking one right now. it's been five days since i charged the keg of cherry saison. think i need to wait a little more. i have great taste with a cask feel. needs more bubbles.
